Logicore Trust Center
Controls you can inspect. Commitments you can verify.
A decision-ready view of Logicore product controls, deployment responsibilities, public website operations and evidence-based assurance boundaries.
How to read this page
Product controls and deployment responsibilities stay distinct.
The control map distinguishes Logicore’s operating model, customer-specific deployment decisions and assurance claims that require independent evidence.
Built into the operating model
A product control that keeps context, responsibility, decisions or evidence connected throughout the workflow.
Defined for the customer environment
The exact implementation depends on the workflow, data classes, infrastructure and agreed operating model.
Verified only with evidence
Certifications, service levels and comparable claims require corresponding evidence and agreement.
Governance mechanics
Trust comes from visible boundaries.
Logicore supports governance readiness and auditability. Customer-specific assessment establishes the applicable legal and regulatory position.
Explicit context
Operators can understand which entity, project, source and policy shaped a workflow.
Human approval
Commercial commitments, sensitive content and external use remain behind a human decision.
Provenance & revisions
Outputs, feedback, versions and evidence stay connected in a complete operational history.
Bounded execution
Capabilities declare scope, inputs, outputs, review level and escalation triggers.
Control map
The boundary travels with the work.
Trust is built through a chain of explicit decisions from source intake to retained evidence.
The concrete control design and assurance scope are validated for each deployment and workflow.
Control register
Eight questions an enterprise buyer should be able to answer.
Each domain separates what Logicore already makes inspectable from what must be designed, contracted and tested for production.
Data classification & context
Source eligibility is resolved before a model or workflow may use the material.
- Logicore control
- Source records can carry origin, sensitivity, trust, freshness, allowed use, locality and human-acceptance state. The strictest applicable boundary is intended to travel with generated work.
- Deployment decision
- Classification rules, permitted sources, redaction and cross-system data paths are validated for the bounded workflow.
Human authority
Consequential work remains reviewable, stoppable and attributable to a responsible person.
- Logicore control
- Decision Inbox, review states and approval gates support approve, reject, revise or stop. Recommendations record operator intent and preserve a separate, explicit gate for execution, sending and publication.
- Deployment decision
- The customer names accountable owners and defines which outputs, data classes and external effects require approval.
Deployment & isolation
Execution can be matched to context sensitivity and operating policy.
- Logicore control
- Local-only context can require private execution, while cloud-eligible context can use an approved provider path. The workflow retains the applicable data and approval boundaries.
- Deployment decision
- Local, private, hybrid or approved cloud paths, network boundaries, residency and isolation controls are selected and tested for the deployment.
Identity, roles & access
Product roles express responsibility; production access needs a separately validated identity design.
- Logicore control
- Logicore connects instance membership, operator responsibility, review roles and actor references so responsibilities remain visible throughout the workflow.
- Deployment decision
- Authentication, provisioning, least-privilege roles, privileged administration, joiner/mover/leaver processes and access reviews are deployment requirements.
Evidence, revisions & action trace
The product preserves review context so every output remains connected to its evidence and decision history.
- Logicore control
- Workflow runs, evidence snapshots, revisions and selected Action Ledger events retain source, state, actor, reason and trace references. Safe reversal adds a new event to the complete history.
- Deployment decision
- Required event coverage, export, review cadence, integrity controls and access to audit evidence are agreed for the workflow.
Models & providers
Context and work policies govern every eligible provider path.
- Logicore control
- Provider metadata and local/private/cloud execution semantics can be represented independently of the operational workflow. Restricted context can require local execution or block processing.
- Deployment decision
- Named models and providers, purpose, data classes, training/use restrictions, transfer safeguards, contractual terms and fallbacks are approved per deployment.
Retention, deletion & backup
Retention follows the purpose, workflow and deployment requirements.
- Logicore control
- Artifacts, revisions and evidence can retain lineage where the workflow requires it. Customer-data retention is defined in the concrete deployment agreement.
- Deployment decision
- Retention periods, deletion triggers, legal holds, backup scope, restore tests and post-contract handling are documented for the concrete deployment.
Incident response & continuity
Operational response commitments must match the actual hosting, workflow and support model.
- Logicore control
- Logicore keeps operational events traceable and can stop processing when a required control or trusted execution path is unavailable.
- Deployment decision
- Detection sources, responsibilities, escalation, communication, recovery objectives, evidence preservation and exercises are agreed for production.
Deployment paths
Match execution to data and policy.
Provider choice remains replaceable. The operational workflow and its review semantics stay consistent.
Local & private AI
Models and sensitive context remain within the organization’s controlled infrastructure.
Hybrid AI
Local and cloud services work together according to data class, purpose and approval rules.
Frontier cloud & agentic AI
Approved providers and agentic services participate through governed APIs and explicit human authority.
Confidential data & hybrid AI
Keep the identity boundary local.
A hybrid workflow can classify, minimise and pseudonymise information locally, transmit only the approved reduced payload and re-associate the result inside the protected environment.
Protected local processing
Identifying and particularly sensitive information can remain inside the local or private boundary.
Minimised external context
Field-level pseudonymisation or tokenisation can reduce the payload before an approved external model is used.
Governed provider use
Purpose, data class, provider, human oversight and retained evidence remain explicit for the concrete workflow.
Data that can be linked back through separately held information is pseudonymised, not anonymous, and remains personal data where the GDPR applies. The applicable GDPR and EU AI Act obligations require a qualified assessment of the concrete role, purpose, data and use case.
Public website operations
Website services are separate from customer deployments.
The controls below describe Logicore.ai itself. Each customer deployment defines its providers, retention and architecture for the concrete operating model.
Hosting & delivery
The public WordPress website is hosted on a Host Europe server and operated through Plesk. Server logs are processed for secure and reliable delivery.
Forms & abuse protection
Contact Form 7, local AegisPress analysis and Cloudflare Turnstile protect public forms. Form content is not sent to external AI providers by the website.
Consent & analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after explicit consent. Advertising signals remain denied; event and user data retention is configured to 14 months and the first-party consent decision to 180 days.
Security records
AegisPress is configured to minimize stored data: raw IP storage is disabled by default, excerpts are redacted and truncated, and normal security-record retention is up to 30 days.
Undo as an operational safety layer.
The Action Ledger classifies consequences, previews dependencies and preserves the original event. External effects receive explicit reversal or compensation semantics.
Assurance boundaries
Claims follow evidence and the concrete deployment.
Clear assurance boundaries prevent product design and project-specific controls from being mistaken for independent certification or universal compliance.
Certification
No ISO 27001, SOC 2, EU AI Act conformity or equivalent certification is represented by this page.
Customer-specific deployment
Hosting, tenancy, identity and access controls are defined for the selected customer environment and workflow.
Context-specific compliance
Logicore supports governance readiness and evidence. Legal, regulatory and organizational compliance remains a qualified, context-specific assessment.
Consequential commitments
AI outputs, recommendations and agents remain subject to explicit human authority for external, legal, financial or commercial commitments.
Customer-specific agreements, control evidence and qualified assessments take precedence over this general product information.
